i am thankful that when i balanced my check book everything balanced out just right, down to the penny. seriously this is a huge pet peeve of mine. happy that it worked out tonight. this house thing is stressing me out to the max. from where we last left off in house posts:
- backed out of house in provo after inspection due to some seriously bad water damage.
best $275 i've spent in a long time.
- started getting a little depressed that we wouldn't find anything liveable in our budget.
- was checking internet real estate sights and happened to notice a really cute town house that had just had a price drop (INTO OUR PRICE RANGE)
- called our realtor right away for her to schedule an appt. for us to see the town house that night.
- that was last monday night
-saw house at 7:00, made offer at 8:00, offer accepted next day at 9 am...hooray!!!
- this place had another offer that was in the process of countering when we came along and offered what they wanted to hear i guess (sorry other people). we also had our showing with another couple (totally weird) and people are still calling to see the place...lucky us!!!
- had some minor loan drama causing me to no longer sleep, but eating doesn't seem to be a problem.
- it appears everything is going to work out, but i'm still stressing big time.
my sister laughed at me today and said "why don't you just enjoy this, it's all good stuff!
" seriously why don't i....i have issues!
- town house is in spanish fork, two miles from our fun friends that we met in washington and they now live in sf, 15 min. to byu, and just enough "country" that we're all happy.
