we turned around in the car yesterday to see this. looks pretty comfy and is concentrating very hard on her Dora show. the trip home was pretty uneventful....12 hours in the car with my children is exhausting though. my malena-in-law was following us with her three kids so between us two women and our 4 girls there were A LOT of potty breaks. the weather was pretty good and we are really lucky that we made it home when we did. this morning we woke up to about 6 inches of snow which continued to fall all day. most of the roads that we drove yesterday were either closed down or chains were required, so we really lucked out. i'll say that our first family road trip was a success, but i'm just not planning on going on any more for a long time!
oh yeah....got my first ever speeding ticket in good ol' Elko, NV
this cop had the world hair cut i have ever seen.
and he was really cheery as he wrote out the ticket.
not a big fan of the NHP yesterday!
