{labor day}

on labor day we drove up hobble creek canyon for a break from the heat and to have a little picnic. the girls were so funny. they complained and whined about "being in nature" and how boring it was....

until dad found a snake, kaylee hid behind her sister to make sure it was safe

then they fought over who got to hold it

then begged us to let them take it home

then finally they thought this was a fun idea.
