this was our first year doing the provo parade. people are seriously crazy about this parade and will camp out forever for the perfect spot. my aunt and uncle live about a block from center street and my dad went down super early and got us a awesome spot {in the shade too!}
it was a good one time thing for us. ash and jonathan were on the ksl float. it ended up being soooo hot and poor prego ash was dying. jonathan thought it was cool for about a half hour and then he was over it.

asked if he could get off and hang out with us instead

later that day we went up to midway for the fireworks. my parents neighborhood does a little parade of their own. papa always brings his lawn mower and kk spiffed up her scooter. once again it was HOT! i get super grouchy when i'm hot.
