kels and jeremy moved north for the summer...and by north i mean to south jordan. it's like 30 minutes up the freeway.......soooooo far away! any-hoo, today we finally got a chance to see their place and enjoy the pool. we woke up to a gloriously sunny day and then by the time we got kids in swimsuits, sunscreen on, mom changed into swimsuit...the clouds came. we managed about an hour before the rain started. we thought best to get outta the pool before the storm hit.
made me miss florida when we would just wait for the security guy to come tell us the lightning was getting too close to the pool and we needed to jump out for a bit. they are EXPERTS there i tell ya. but unlike florida, the storm stuck around, so we moved our little party to their apartment. with the help of grandma we stuffed them full of sugar, let them chase poor pyper around in circles for a bit then headed for home. seriously doubting that we will see sunshine this summer. i may be regretting that we bought those season passes to seven peaks.

*confession to make* i may have called jonathan "chunk" from goonies once (or 6) times today. for some reason i just couldn't get that image outta my mind with his cute little moo-bies and all. here he is telling me his floaty is losing air....
"wait, nannie. let me stuff this cracker in my mouth first"
then he felt like barfing. hahahaha. just kidding. soooo kidding. love this kid.
