monday was kaylee's school carnival. of course the weather was crappy,
but the girls had fun (mostly kaylee) kaylee really wanted her face painted and requested a butterfly....

well it ended up looking like a rainbow exploded all over her face. i guess that's what happens when jr. high girls do the painting. she also got it in kaylee's eyes like 3 times. anyhoo, pres was totally scared of the bouncy houses which actually save us a lot of money. we also discovered that she is deathly afraid of people in costumes. so glad that she didn't feel this way last year at disneyland. beau met up with us at the end and finally we went home since we were freezing our buns off.

I just have to tell you that the "butterfly" face painting totally made me giggle out loud tonight...Multiple times! One day she'll look back at it and totally get a kick out of it!
Oh man that is bad...poor butterfly. I've never seen face painting that literally is the entire face painted.
