dreaming

this is what i want. some beautiful white plantation shutters. oh yeah, and a house to put them in. should probably work on that first. nervous and excited about looking at homes tomorrow. most people we know who are our age have owned homes and some for a long time. not us. almost 8 years of marriage and this will be the first. it will be fun. sort of scary, but mostly fun. i'm hoping that we find a place that looks pretty nice (hard on our teeny budget) so that we can put a little money into it to make it look even better.

i also want to do this in the girls' room and paint the top green. my mom has paint samples from pottery barn that i'll use to match to the right color. i'm also craigs-listing so that i can get them new bedding!

i've been laying awake at night decorating homes i haven't even seen yet in my head. it really is fun.

p.s jen can i borrow ricky to make my home project dreams come true???
