no gas shortage here

random tooting story:

we are a pretty gassy family. nothing to be embarrassed about right?

anyway, after saying family prayers the other night the prayer ended like this...

kaylee: "we say this in the name of jesus christ, amen."

pres: tooooooooot (really loud toot)

at least she waited until the prayer was over.

later that night i'm putting kaylee to bed and as she reaches over to turn off her light....sure enough she lets one rip. she starts laughing and says "woo, where did that come from?"

as if that wasn't enough stinky gas for me, i just got called to be the assistant cub scout leader for the bears. random calling for me, maybe a sign that we'll have a boy someday?!

anyway today we went to the library and can i just tell you that was the smelliest car ride ever. not to mention the very loud "toot" that one of the boys let rip while the librarian was teaching us about the computer system. she just kept on talking like she didn't even hear it. i on the other hand was cracking up. mature i know.

the day ended good though with one of the boys who i had never met before today telling me:

"you know, you're a really pretty girl."

made my day. glad he didn't call me a pretty lady though. then i would've just felt old.

the other night kaylee was playing "beauty shop" with presley. it was pretty cute. pres just sat there while kaylee did her hair. when she was done she was done though, as you can tell by her face.

tonight i was trying to get her diaper changed before bed. she was too quick for me and darted off in search of a hiding spot. looks like she found one. if she can't see you then you aren't there right?
