we've always spent christmas eve with the sampson side of the family since i was a little girl. now that my grandparents have passed away, it's nice that we can still continue with the tradition. this year we went to my cousin jeni's house. we stuff ourselves with yummy food, let the kiddos all play together, and had a visit from ol' saint brent. it usually is ol' saint rick, but this year we tried to throw the kids off by having my dad dress up. kaylee was suspisious but didn't ask too many questions and presley was just as scared has she was when she saw santa the night before. dad did a good job and it was kind of like santa stand up comedy hour. never a dull moment with my father!
